Labor Warranty
All bench work performed by 6mmCustoms is covered for 90 days from the date the build ships. If a fault is traced to our labor within that window, we will repair the issue at no cost — you cover return shipping to the shop, we cover the return back to you.
Parts Warranty
Components are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty terms. We document part numbers and serial numbers in your build certificate to make warranty claims straightforward.
Extended DSG & Brushless Coverage
DSG and brushless builds include an extended 6-month gearbox-internals warranty, provided the build is used within the chrono and battery specs on its certificate.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from drops, water, or use outside our published battery specs.
- Mods, disassembly, or third-party tech work performed after delivery.
- Cosmetic wear from normal field use.
- BBs and consumables.
Filing A Claim
- Contact us with your ticket number and a description of the issue.
- We respond within 1 business day with shipping instructions.
- Once received, diagnostics and warranty work are prioritized over the regular queue.
