Parts & Merchandise
Unopened, unused parts and merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (shipping not refunded). Contact us first for an RMA number — returns without one cannot be processed.
Custom Builds & Services
Tech services and custom builds are non-refundable once work has begun. If a build does not meet the spec we quoted, we will rework it at no cost under our warranty.
Cancellations
You may cancel a service order any time before parts have been ordered or bench work has started for a full refund. After that, a deposit covering parts and time-to-date may be retained.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email photos within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1 business day with next steps.
