1. Services
6mmCustoms LLC provides airsoft technician services including repairs, diagnostics, tune-ups, performance upgrades, custom AEG builds, brushless conversions, and the sale of related parts and merchandise. All services are performed on airsoft replicas only.
2. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and a preliminary inspection. Final pricing may change if additional work or parts are required after teardown. We will contact you for written approval before any change that exceeds the quoted total.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. A deposit may be required before parts are ordered for custom builds.
4. Eligibility & Legal Use
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to purchase services or products. By submitting an order you represent that you meet these requirements. You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the possession, transport, and use of airsoft replicas in your jurisdiction. Orange-tip and marking requirements vary by region — confirm local rules before shipping. We may refuse or cancel an order at any time if we believe it cannot be fulfilled legally.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the carrier once your replica or order leaves our shop. We document and photograph every outgoing shipment. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Assumption of Risk
Airsoft replicas can cause injury or property damage if misused. You assume all risk of injury, damage, or legal consequence arising from your possession, modification, transport, or use of any replica or product we service or sell. Eye protection and proper safety practices are your responsibility at all times.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the express warranty described on our Warranty page, products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6mmCustoms LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for injury, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from misuse of any replica or product we service or sell. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. In no event are we liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 6mmCustoms LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or any applicable law related to your use of a replica or product purchased from us.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action.
