Shipping Policy

Shipping Your Replica To Us

  1. Submit a quote request — we email a shipping checklist and your ticket number.
  2. Remove the battery and empty the magazine before packing.
  3. Include your ticket number and a printed copy of your quote inside the box.
  4. Use a rigid box with at least 2" of padding on every side. Hard cases are encouraged but not required.
  5. Ship via UPS or USPS with tracking and insurance.

Customers are responsible for inbound shipping costs and proper packaging. We are not liable for in-transit damage caused by inadequate packing.

Outbound Shipping

Domestic & International

We ship throughout the United States. International shipping is available case-by-case; contact us before booking. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import restrictions in the destination country, including any requirements around replica markings and orange tips.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround is measured from the day your replica arrives at the shop:

Estimates exclude shipping time and parts back-order delays. We post current bench lead-times in the announcement bar at the top of the site.
